Breast Reduction, Mastopexy and Management of Breast Asymmetry
This exciting new course is designed to provide comprehensive training in the technology and techniques involved in breast reduction, mastopexy and management of breast asymmetry, for all trainees intending to pursue aesthetic or reconstructive surgery of the breast. It is highly recommended to ST 3-6 trainees in Plastic or Breast Surgery.

Content
The course will involve didactic teaching with a standardised talk on all covered topics. Each talk will be broken down into the following:
- Anatomy and assessment
- Obtaining consent and counselling
- Operative technique with a slide by slide sequence
- Post-operative management/instructions and the management of complications
Topics covered will include: Pre-operative photography, short scar and vertical pattern technique, circumareola (benelli) techniques, volumetric considerations, autologus, expanders and implants
