In association with London Open House weekend, the Royal College of Surgeons will open its formal rooms which contain the rarely seen paintings of key figures from the history of the museum and the college including King Henry VIII, John Hunter and Joseph Lister. The college library – a 19th-century survivor of the 1941 bombings - will also be open with a special display of rare treasures from the archives and library. Visitors will be able to view the Opened Up bicentenary exhibition.
Free, no booking required. Last entry 4.30pm.
