Corporate Sponsorship

Information on the College's corporate sponsorship scheme, whereby a company can sponsor various College activities and courses in return for advertising opportunities.

Corporate support

The College has a strong record in building mutually beneficial, high profile corporate partnerships with companies such as B. Braun Medical Ltd, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Karl Storz Endoscopy UK, Molnlycke Health Care Ltd and Olympus Medical. These partnerships generate greater brand and company awareness amongst surgeons at every stage of their career in return for financial and product support.

Strategic partnerships

By working more strategically on long term partnerships with companies and linking the College's and companies' objectives to meet set goals, together we can promote and protect the interests of patients by maintaining professional standards in surgery and advancing the frontiers of surgical care.

A partnership with the College can help your company to achieve many of its corporate and marketing objectives:

  • Enhance company image through association with the College’s educational programme’s
  • Develop links with surgeons and relevant associations
  • Raise company and brand awareness with a variety of targeted audiences and build customer loyalty

Sponsorship packages

Sponsorship packages are individually tailored to meet the needs of each company, allowing targeting of different surgical audiences and specialties through our wide range of courses and activities.

Courses range from Basic Surgical Skills to intermediate courses and advanced masterclasses for senior consultants, reaching key decision and policy-makers at the appropriate level together with purchasers and administrators.

Although the College cannot endorse products, the opportunity exists for company’s to promote their products to the surgeons teaching on courses and trainees attending them.

Other opportunities include:

  • Exhibition and promotional opportunities during courses
  • Inclusion of company logo and acknowledgement on course literature
  • Our continued international expansion through active marketing and franchising will offer increasing opportunities to gain exposure in overseas markets

Whatever the size of your company or the level of commitment you can give, you can work with us to raise the standards of surgical training and education in the UK.

For further information and to discuss the opportunities available please email Nigel Davies ndavies@rcseng.ac.uk. Or, if you prefer telephone him on 020 7869 6081.

All Biogel gloves undergo individual air inflation inspection and have a beaded cuff for security around the wrist. A wide range of sizes ensures improved fit for comfort and user confidence with glove choices available to provide the high sensitivity vital for delicate microsurgery.
