For the start of the party conference season, the Royal College of Surgeons is today launching a manifesto – Surgery in safe hands: Priorities and policies 2010.
This manifesto sets out the College position on a number key issues affecting surgery, which we will be raising with politicians and other stakeholders during the three party conferences. Three sections look at delivering for patients, supporting and developing staff and building for the future and detail the 12 calls for action we are making.
