The Independent Inquiry into Mid-Staffordshire Foundation Trust chaired by Robert Francis QC is now available here on the Department of Health website. It makes extensive mention of two Independent Reviews this College carried out into surgical services within the Trust as part of the evidence and is recommended reading for all in surgery.
