Royal College of Surgeons President John Black will be speaking at a Patient Safety First workshop for perioperative teams on 8 December 2009. The workshop is aimed at surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses and perioperative practitioners and looks at implementation of the World Health Organisation’s surgical safety checklist.
