RCS has submitted policy ideas to Lord Darzi on the NHS Next Stage Review. These policy ideas focus on; the provision of trauma care, emergency surgery and the need to separate emergency and elective care, the provision of children’s surgery, workforce, the working time directive, payments and incentives, commissioning.
