Advertising rates

The Annals accepts, subject to editorial approval, non-surgical consumer advertising that may be relevant to its professional target audience.

The Annals is received by over 14,000 surgeons, of whom over 2,500 are FDS surgeons and over 150 are dual fellows of both the Faculty of Dental Surgery and the College. The journal is therefore an ideal medium for advertising surgical equipment and services. The Annals also accepts, subject to editorial approval, non-surgical consumer advertising that may be relevant to its professional target audience.

Readership:
Consultant surgeons, trainees in the various surgical specialties and dental surgeons of The Royal College of Surgeons of England. The majority of the circulation is UK-based.

Eight issues annually - publication dates: January, March, April, May, July, September, October and November

Copy date: first day of the month preceding month of publication

Colour	If supplying on CD-ROM, please ask for detailed digital specification. Basic requirements: trim marks in margins, CMYK, embedded fonts and min 300 dpi resolution. A laser proof or colour guid should also be provided from the current file.
Cancellation notice	six weeks prior to copy date
Late copy	If copy is not received by the due copy date, the publisher reserves the right to repeat existing copy or to charge for the space as ordered.

The publishers reserve the right to refuse, amend or withdraw all advertisements submitted to them at their absolute discretion and without explanation. All advertisements must comply with the ASA code of advertising practice.

Advertisements are accepted on our terms of payment which are 30 days from the invoice date.
