Advertising rates

The Bulletin accepts, subject to approval, consumer advertising which may be relevant to its professional target audience.

The Bulletin is received by over 16,500 surgeons including 2,500 dental surgeons. All recipients of the printed journal are part of a high income group attractive to non-medical advertisers. The Bulletin incorporates a surgical events section, College news and articles on education, training and working practices. The Bulletin accepts, subject to approval, consumer advertising that may be relevant to its professional target audience.

Readership:
Consultant surgeons, trainees in the various surgical specialties, dental surgeons and retired fellows of The Royal College of Surgeons of England. The majority of the circulation is UK-based.

Ten issues annually - publication dates:
January, February, March, April, May, June, July, September, October and November

Copy date: six weeks prior to the first of the month of publication

Colour	If supplying on CD-ROM, please ask for detailed digital specification. Basic requirements: trim marks in margins, CMYK, embedded fonts and min 300 dpi resolution. A laser proof or colour guide should also be provided from the current file.
Cancellation notice	six weeks prior to copy date
Late copy	If copy is not received by the due copy date, the publisher reserves the right to repeat existing copy or to charge for the space as ordered.

The publishers reserve the right to refuse, amend or withdraw all advertisements submitted to them at their absolute discretion and without explanation. All advertisements must comply with the ASA code of advertising practice.

Advertisements are accepted on our terms of payment which are 30 days from the invoice date.
