Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing difficulties accessing the journals online please read the points below:
By following the links to the online journals you will arrive at the College-branded Ingenta site. Click on the issue you wish to view. This will take you to the contents list. Click the page numbers on the right-hand side.
You will now be at the Document Request page, displaying the title and abstract and reference links. Choose from the radio buttons the format you wish to view the article in, and click Request Document. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download it for free by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the page.
If you reach this Document Request page but have a box requesting a username and password instead of the format selection box, do not re-enter your Athens password. Instead, come right back out to the College homepage and try entering through the members' or affiliates' area again. If you are still unable to access the College-branded online journals via the route described above then it is recommended that you try the alternative route of reading the journals through Ovid Online. Details of how to access this service can be found on the accessing electronic journals page.
If you are still experiencing difficulties, please email bulletin@rcseng.ac.uk.
