Volunteers wanted focus group and interviews - talk to us about leadership
The Learning & Innovation team at RCS England is launching a project to develop a Leadership Professional Passport to guide surgeons throughout all the stages of their career. Offering a flexible approach to learning, the passport would aim to broaden the reach of leadership material to surgeons and the surgical care team.
To help us to provide the kinds of learning material and resources that are of most value, we would like to run virtual focus groups and one to one interviews with medics from the following backgrounds:
- New consultants (first 5 years)
- SAS doctors
- ST3-8
- Core trainee ST1/2 CST 1/2
- Surgical care team
- Dental surgeons
- More experienced consultants (+5 years)
The focus groups and interviews would be informal, and we will do our best to arrange these at convenient times. A letter thanking you for your participation can be supplied by RCS England.
If you are interested in participating, or if you would like further information, please contact Timothy Lowe (Project Manager) at education@rcseng.ac.uk
