Sue Hill

RCS Vice-President and Council Lead for the Regional Committee. During her career she has been Clinical Director, Vascular Advisor for Wales, Chairman of the National Statutory Advisory Group to the Welsh Assembly, Training Programme Director and Chairman of the Welsh Board of the Royal College of Surgeons.

Tim Havard

The Director for Professional Affairs for Wales will be delivering the job planning and appraisals workshop.
Tim is a consultant general and upper GI surgeon. He has been involved in planning service reconfiguration as the chair of the General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Gynaecology and Urology Clinical Reference Group for the South Wales Collaborative.

Joseph Hardwicke

Joseph is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon by the University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust and an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Warwick Medical School. His clinical interests include skin oncology and lower limb reconstruction, and his academic interests involve the application of novel diagnostics and therapeutics to Surgery. He was the first RCS Senior Clinical Fellow in Microsurgery and Major Trauma.  

Carol Chu

Carol qualified at Sheffield University. She attained her CCST in clinical genetics and spent 13 years as a consultant clinical geneticist. She left the NHS to pursue a longstanding interest in medical ethics and medical law as a medicolegal adviser for the MDU in 2011.
