MRCS revision sessions

Anatomy and Pathology Museum — extended hours for MRCS Part B candidates

To support candidate revision for MRCS part B, there will be a series of weekday evening and Saturday extended openings at the Anatomy and Pathology Museum in advance of the exams. Candidate self-study is supported by a senior surgeon or anatomist onsite:

4-7pm on Tuesday 23 April 2024: Mr David Drake - Thorax, abdomen and perineum

4-7pm on Wednesday 24 April 2024: Mr Mark Harrison - Urology

10am-1pm on Saturday 27 April 2024: Mr Ossie Fernandez - Renal

2-5pm on Saturday 27 April 2024: Mr Roop Tandon - Orthopaedic, lower limb

4-7pm on Tuesday 30 April 2024: Mr Dominic Spicer - Orthopaedic, upper limb

4-7pm on Wednesday 1 May 2024: Professor Vishy Mahadevan (Emeritus Barbers Professor of Anatomy) - All anatomical regions

4-7pm on Friday 3 May 2024: Mr Tom Loosemore - Vascular

The Anatomy and Pathology Museum is Human Tissue Authority licensed, all candidates attending these sessions must bring hard-copy proof of their status as a medical professional for access to the museum e.g. hospital ID

These will be drop-in sessions with no pre-booking required.

Please note the surgeon/anatomist stated may be subject to change due to availability.
