The Global Surgical Frontiers is our annual conference on global surgery, providing a great forum for UK-based surgeons, trainees and consultants, to address issues raised by surgeons and to identify opportunities to work overseas.

The Royal Society of Medicine
The Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) regularly hosts symposiums, discussions and events that bring together pathologists, scientists, other health professionals as well as members of the humanitarian and NGO communities to discuss and explore their roles and contributions of pathology and laboratory medicine in responding to humanitarian disasters and public health emergencies and global health.

The Association of Surgeons in Training (AsiT) was originally established in 1976 as a forum for senior registrars to meet socially and discuss training matters. ASit runs an annual conference for surgical trainees. Get further information about the 2017 conference.
Medsin is a student network and registered charity tackling global and local health inequalities through education, advocacy and community action. Their second Global Health Conference this year is held from the 3rd-4th of February in Aberdeen, and is titled "Drugs: Our Daily Med". Find out more about their conference.
