Accessing our site
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any service we provide on our website without notice.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers in the European Union. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology and any credit, debit card or payment details you submit online will be processed and held by our third party payment processor, Barclaycard. We do not hold credit or debit card data ourselves.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do what we reasonably can to protect your personal data and we have had this website security tested by a third party, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site and any such transmission is at your own risk. We have strict security procedures covering the storage of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access and to comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. Our website also makes use of the Google Analytics service to record anonymous information about visitors to the website. This information is used to gauge the effectiveness of the content, layout and navigation.

Therefore, we will, through appropriate management and strict application of criteria and controls:
- observe fully conditions regarding the fair collection and use of information
- meet its legal obligations to specify the purposes for which information is used
- collect and process appropriate information, and only to the extent that is needed to fulfil operational needs or to comply with the legal requirements
- ensure the quality of information used
- apply strict checks to determine the length of time information is held
- ensure that the rights of people about whom information is held, are able to be fully exercised under the Act. (These include the right to be informed that processing is being undertaken, the right of access to one’s personal information, the right to prevent processing in certain circumstances and the right to correct, rectify, block or erase information which is regarded as wrong information)
