LDS/ORE Part 2 Manikin Course
The course provides a full overview of the manikin examination components, focusing on the required practical skills via staff demonstrations and supervised, hands-on student practice.

You will benefit from concentrated, supervised hands-on practice with approximately a 1:5 faculty-to-student ratio. You will also gain 6 CPD points, and receive expert demonstrations and guidance on:
- seating and posture positions
- equipment handling and correct hand-piece grasp with hand and finger support
- practicing and refining your operative skills

The course is led by teachers and clinicians with considerable educational and professional experience. They have passed the LDS examination, and possess in-depth knowledge of the practical skills required to help you do the same. The LDS is run by the RCS.
Since there are only a limited number of places available on these practical courses, trainees are advised to book early to secure a place.
