North West Member Networking: Perspectives on Surgical Research

Perspectives on Surgical Research

Over many years, fellows of the College have extended the frontiers of surgery through clinical research and the development of new operative techniques. The College's Surgical Trials Centres support this work across the country. In the North West, Professor Kirwan has recently re-launched the North West Surgical Trials Centre to help develop and deliver world class surgical trials in the region.

Join this reception to learn more about the College's work on surgical research in the North West and across the country, ask questions of the panel and network with colleagues.

The event will consist of short presentations from Professors Mortensen and Kirwan, and a moderated Q&A session. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions on the presentations as well as to raise other points with the President and College representatives in attendance.
