Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Independent Review

In response to Great Ormond Street Hospital's independent review, an RCS England spokesperson said:

"It is extremely upsetting to learn that Great Ormond Street Hospital’s independent review has identified harm to a significant number of children. Our thoughts are with the families affected.

"The concerns raised during RCS England’s invited review in 2023 made it clear that a wider look back was needed, and it was right for the hospital to take that step. 

"Fully understanding what has happened is essential so that lessons are learned and families receive the clarity and support they deserve."
