RCS signs letter to the PM in response to the Marmot Review

The Royal College of Surgeons and 20 other leading health organisations have written to the Prime Minister today, to ask him to accept the recommendations of the ‘Health Equity in England: the Marmot review 10 years on’.

The report, published today by the Institute for Health Equity and commissioned by the Health Foundation, says life expectancy has stalled for the first time in at least 120 years. You can download the letter here.
