Event Overview

In a year that has been anything but ordinary, the NHS has undergone significant change as healthcare staff adapt to a global pandemic. Surgical training has been greatly affected, and you may be left wondering ‘why do I do what I do?’.

On Thursday 4 March, RCS England will be hosting a special evening event in collaboration with ASiT, that aims to answer this important question.

Hear stories from surgeons with a range of experience and knowledge, and be reminded why you chose to follow this career path. The panel includes President Professor Neil Mortensen, Miss Stella Vig, Professor Peter Brennan, Mr Karan Rajan and members of the ASiT committee. You’ll be able to ask questions about training, discuss current issues and more importantly, connect with your peers. Register now!

In addition to the main event we will be hosting a series of small group sessions with a limited number of spaces with our speakers - full details will be available shortly.
