Diabetes in Surgery QI Collaborative

We are working with Centre for Perioperative Care (CPOC) to develop a Quality Improvement project with the goal of improving care for people with diabetes having surgery.
 
We know that perioperative care of people with diabetes is varied and can often be poor. Therefore this project will focus on improving perioperative care of people with diabetes. The project will be a cross-organisational, multidisciplinary collaborative between patients and the public, Royal Colleges and similar organisations.
