Women in Surgery (WinS)

Throughout your training to date, you will hopefully have met a number of women surgeons. However, you may also have noticed that there are relatively few women currently in surgery compared to other medical specialties.

Women in Surgery (WinS) is a national organisation working to promote surgery as a career for women and to enable women who have chosen a career in surgery to realise their professional goals.
