Professional Passport: Mentoring Skills Fundamentals Part 1
This introductory, online session is designed to lay the foundation for effective mentorship by defining mentoring and exploring its many benefits. You will hear from surgeons with lived experience of being both a mentor and mentee and how the process has impacted their professional lives.
This course is part of our Professional Passport Programme and is a free introduction to our full Mentoring Skills Fundamentals course which is now available to all members.

If you’re not a member of the college but want to learn more about mentorship, its principles, and its benefits, this course is a great place to begin.
