ARCP Guidance to Trainees, Trainers and Assessment Panels

In response to the pressures on elective surgery over the winter, and concerns from surgical trainee organisations about the ability of some of their colleagues to progress against their respective curricula, the RCS, with support of Health Education England, has produced guidance for the 2018 ARCP process.
The guidance provides direction for trainees, trainers and assessment panels on how to address individuals whose training may have been compromised in this way.
