Congratulations to our new Women in Surgery Forum members

We would like to congratulate and welcome our new Women in Surgery (WinS) Forum members; Rebecca Grossman (@rebgross), Specialty Registrar in General Surgery, Claudia Eichenauer (@ClaudiaEichen), Medical Student and Jennifer Graystone, Oral and Maxillofacial Consultant, who will start their tenure in June.
The Forum meets twice a year and provides the opportunity to raise the profile of women in surgery, encouraging attitudinal change to ensure women are seen as an integral part of the profession, in addition to providing advice and support for those women already in surgery.
We received a very high number of Forum applications, and would like to thank everyone who took the time to apply. If you were unsuccessful this time, we would encourage you to think about applying again in the future for this and other programmes provided by the RCS.
