We are experiencing ongoing system issues that affect your experience on our website.
Payments for exams, courses and membership renewals are currently unavailable. Please do not attempt to make a payment at this time. We will keep this page updated with the latest information.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and are urgently working to resolve this. Please see advice below for the following:

Applying for the MRCS Part A September diet (deadline 1 July)

Once you have registered your interest in the exam, we will follow up with a payment link after the deadline has passed.
Applying for the MRCS Part B exam in Trivandrum, India (original deadline 29 June)

Booking a course
To book a place on a future course held within the Bjorn Saven Centre at RCS England, please use this alternative booking form:
RCS England course booking requests
Please note that in order to use this form, you will need both your RCS England number (available in your online account and in email communications from us) and also the exact start date of your course, which will appear on the main course booking page. Find the relevant course page here.
To purchase any of our e-learning content such as the PGCert or Professional Passport, please wait until the temporary issue is resolved or contact education@rcseng.ac.uk.
Starting or renewing your membership subscription
We are temporarily pausing membership payments until we have resolved the systems issues. We will get in touch with all members who are due to renew when payments are open.
Full exam results
You will receive overall exam results via email as usual, but you may see errors when trying to access your full exam results breakdown in your online account.
Course certificates, transactions and order history
You may see errors when trying to access your online account. Please come back to this page for daily updates on when this will be available.

Conducting course administration as an RCS England Course Coordinator (RCC)
If you are a regional course coordinator requiring physical materials for your course, please contact education@rcseng.ac.uk with the following information:
- Name of course
- Dates of course
- Location of course
- Physical materials required
- A copy of your purchase order
For non-physical orders, these can be placed up to 30 days after the course takes place.
If you need to add participants and faculty urgently to a list to grant them access to the VLE, please send the RCS numbers, names and attendee type to education@rcseng.ac.uk.
If you need to submit post course outcomes for a recent course, please wait a few more days while we work on resolving the current issue.
Issues with previous payments
Please do not attempt to make payment for exams or courses via the website. If you believe that payment has been taken from your account but you have not received confirmation of your booking, please contact digital@rcseng.ac.uk.
